Type O Negative

Hello,

I'd hate to say it but I'm glad it's over. First of all that may not be a fair statement, the Troc is a pretty shitty place. Lycia opened even though they weren't scheduled. They were ok but not what the crowd needed(I like the keyboardest). I was up at the stage and actually got a wave back from Pete when I caught him looking around the corner at Lycia.
Then EHC took stage They were good. This is when everything went to hell. There were these group of girls behind me trying to get at the stage so Pete would notice them. After they had almost made it up, everyone was pushing and they lost their spot :)
Type O took forever to come on. They played the same exact set as the previous days. I couldn't hear 1 word Pete sang until Prelude to Agony. It got a little better but not much. I liked the pumkin looking drum set. Maybe it's just me but whenever I've seen them there it seems like Pete doesn't try very hard. When I saw him with Queensryche, and Danzig, they sounded soo much better. I think they play better in bigger arenas ect...
Pete used the same dialogue, which I found funny. I like his comment on suicide,"if your gonna do it, at least take someone you hate along with you" Did I mention that one of those girls even bit me. It's amazing what females get away with. (No offense to those on this list, I assume that you have all matured.)
Then I was a $ short for the shirt I wanted "Love me to Death" And finally get this when I get to the parking garage it's locked! Fuck! After about an hour, a policeman had come and gotten someone to open it up for me. This is a night I'd like to forget. I still love Type O though

However, they have competition again next tuesday. That would be the release day for the new Alice in Chains Layne Staley has a great voice also, and boy can he write.
Talk to ya later, if I remember anything new I'll post it.

B.J.
