Well, saw my fifth Type-O show Sunday night at the Pavillion in Portland Maine. I should be able to see em in June at Ozzfest too!!! :) First off the venue sucked!!!! It was a dance hall, a nice dance hall at that. Nice place for a wedding reception but NOT a Type-O show. For examples the room was basically just one sinlge large hallway, about widge of the stage. The Pit was on a marble floor, so when it got good and wet it made for some interesting moshing. I was up pretty close on the right side of the stage to the right of Kenny. Good view anyways.

Drain came on at about 8 and did there set. This being my third time seeing Drain, I was actually looking forward to hearing them again. There set was sounding good and loud, quite polished.

Stuck Mojo was next, they were so so. Im no fan of RAP, and I didnt care if it sounds heavy. I would have prefered an extended set by Drain. Although Stuck Mojo's cover of "We're Not Going To Take It" was very amusing.

Then came Pete and the boys........
The set list was the same as the last two shows I saw with no variation. Nothing really noteworthy to tell. Pete, said at the end of the show, that he was suffering from a cold and apologized for his "vocal performance." I thought it sounded fine. Due to his illness Pete was drink Gatorade instead of the customary bottle of wine. At one point in the show He threw out about 7 bottles off the stuff into the pit, talk about a melee! Mojo's singer came out and sang "Kill all the White users". I'd prefer Petes vocals, but it was still very good. Pete joked at the end of the song that the lead singer "enjoyed singing that" song.

Couldnt hang out after cause I had to be at work at 6 the next mroning and I still had an hour and a half drive home, following the show. :P BUt hey for TON it was damn well worth it!

Cant wait for Ozzfest!!!!!!!!!!
